This Shipping Policy sets out how Mlvhg manages order cut-off, handling time, transit estimates, free shipping, and tracking support. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.

Before shipping multi-tier wooden plant stands, we compare the order details with the product record and prepare the parcel for standard carrier handoff. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
  • Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
  • Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.

Business Days are Monday-Saturday and do not include public holidays or carrier closure dates. If information must be verified before dispatch, we may email the customer before the order moves forward.

SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Customers should review the shipping address carefully before payment, including unit number, postal code, region, and phone number when required. If delivery cannot be arranged to the address provided, we will contact the customer. Orders in Singapore are handled through the same store identity, support email, and policy terms shown throughout the website.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

We partner with reliable couriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.

An order can ship in more than one parcel when item size, packaging protection, inventory location, or carrier routing requires it. Any split arranged by us remains covered by the same free standard shipping promise.

Wooden Plant Stand Packing Notes

Mlvhg plant stands are checked for shelf pieces, side frames, crossbars, foot contact points, hardware pack, finish color, and package quantity before shipment. Shipping covers the listed plant stand item only and does not include live plants, ceramic pots, soil, tools, wall anchors, or installation service shown for styling.

Assembly Piece Delivery Review

After delivery, customers should inspect shelves, frame pieces, screws, small hardware, and the carton before discarding packaging. If a plant stand arrives with a cracked shelf, missing hardware, bent frame, or damaged finish, photos of the item and packaging help support review the shipment clearly.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Order Tracking page or directly through the courier's official website.

When a parcel is delayed, damaged, or not updating, contact us with the order number and any carrier details or photos available. We will review the shipment information and assist with a practical resolution.
